1. Serious buyers only.

2. All items here are on a pre-order basis. Items will take 2-3 weeks to arrive at your door steps.

3. Items are subject to availability. Please check with us before placing order.

4. In the event that items are unavailable, refunds will be made within 1-5 working days.

5. All sales are final. Prices are not negotiable.

6. Items sold are not exchangeable nor refundable.

7. We are not responsible for any damages/losses upon delivery of goods.

8. Colours of items may differ slightly due to different lighting or computer settings.

9. Once order has been placed, payment must be made within 48 hours. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
